AIB BETTER IRELAND AWARDS - These awards are open to a diverse range of projects from culture, tourism and community development to communications, social and youth based projects. Entrants are assessed in three categories on the basis of the size of the group and the impact of the project on the community. Awards start at €1,000. COCA COLA 125 years THANK YOU FUND - Coca-Cola has established the Coca-Cola 125 Years Thank You Fund, in partnership with The Wheel and the Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action NICVA). Coca-Cola are donating €125,000 to the fund which will be granted to non-profit community, voluntary and charitable organisations throughout the island of Ireland to help support initiatives focused on the following areas; Social and Education Programmes aimed at Youth, Healthy and Active Lifestyles, and Environmental Leadership. ST STEPHEN'S GREEN TRUST - St Stephen's Green Trust is a grant giving organisation which supports organisations working in Ireland to improve the lives of people who are affected by poverty / disadvantage and social exclusion. SSGT accepts applications from voluntary or community organisations, with a CHY or XR number. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and are assessed four times a year. TESCO CHARITY TRUST COMMUNITY AWARD SCHEME -
These awards are made available to local community projects that are based in areas where Tesco has stores and whose core work supports the welfare of children, elderly people and people with disabilities. Awards range from €2,000 to €5,000.
