Meet your recommended levels of weekly physical activity on a 10-week subsidised programme of guided physical activity for women

•    Commences Tuesday 25th September in Tullamore Harriers

•    Jogging every Tuesday from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

•    Fitness session every Thursday from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm 

•    30 places only – first come basis
