Supported by Sport Ireland and Dormant Accounts, the urban outdoor adventure initiative is designed to support the participation of people in outdoor adventure sports in urban settings.
Across 2019 to 2022, Offaly Sports Partnership supported Edenderry Canoe Club to re-establish in the town of Edenderry.
In 2024, Offaly Sports Partnership in association with Tullamore Canoe Club and other local partners supported the delivery of an urban outdoor adventure project in Tullamore.
