It’s about empowering all young women, building confidence and providing motivation to find something that gets you moving.
This is a community for all teenage girls to join and FIND SOMETHING THAT MOVES YOU!
Research shows that if girls enjoy something socially, they will do it more often and stay with it longer. We are using “something that moves you” in both senses of the word. Something that gets your body moving and heart rate going. And more importantly something that you enjoy.
