As part of Women in Sport Week 2025, Sport Ireland kindly invites your school to register for a webinar designed for teenage girls.

Hosted by Sport Ireland Women in Sport Manager Bethany Carson and joined by guest experts; the webinar will explore different topics that teenage girls experience in their relationship with sport.

• Menstruation - understanding and tracking your cycle, how to fuel during your cycle, practical tips
• Body Image - appreciating what your body can do, it's not about how it looks, 
• Sports bras - what to consider when choosing one

This is a great opportunity for your school to host a ‘Women in Sport’ class, where girls from a range of years can come together to watch and learn from the live webinar.

Her Moves is Sport Ireland's system wide campaign for teenage girls in Ireland with objective of keeping girls moving and engaging with sport their way throughout their teenage years. If you have not already seen it please check out hermoves.ie.
