A new 5-year Sport and Physical Activity Plan for Offaly will be developed in the coming months. We need your help to inform this plan through our quick and easy online survey.

The survey can be completed by:

• People residing in Offaly
• 18 years to 90+
• Women & Men
• Active and Inactive
• Town and country dwellers
• All backgrounds
