Special Olympics Ireland - together at home programme

The aim of the programme is to keep our athletes active through structured activities each week

We have four key areas that we are focusing on each week: -

1.    Sport and Fitness
2.    Health Promotion
3.    Strong Minds
4.    Young Athletes

Each week we will bring some new activities in each of the areas.
