Join us the for the fifth instalment of Sporting Pride’s and Sport Ireland’s #Lets Get Visible Campaign, an online social media campaign that focuses on sport within the LGBTQ+ Community for Pride in Ireland 🌈 

Sport is an important outlet for people. Sports clubs provide a space for safety, a sense of belonging, and help combat the anxiety in a world that constantly feels like its on fire. A cornerstone for that safety is visibility, a sense of ‘being seen’ and accepted; something that every person needs, gay or straight. 

One of the goals for Let’s Get Visible is to pedestal LGBTQ+ athletes, their sporting achievements, the clubs and communities they play in, and their voice as ambassadors for sport. The other one is to spotlight LGBTQ+ allies work within and for the community to make the world a little bit safer 💕
